При загрузке картинки в новостях пишет Server (IO) Error
что это значит?

Это к хостетру вроде как. Ошибка ввода вывода - на сервере, если конечно память не изменяет.

У меня тоже такое было, вот тема линк в ней писал что я делал, через время все заработало.

вообщем глюк сам по себе прошел?
